Amazon agency, from account setup to DSP.
We run Amazon end to end for global brands. Account setup and vendor terms, the catalogue, content that converts, advertising including Amazon DSP and the reviews that keep you ranking. One team, all in house, measured on ordered revenue.

Everything Amazon, with one team.
Amazon only works when it all works. The listing, the stock, the ads and the reviews pull on each other, so we run them together instead of handing them between agencies.
Account setup
Vendor Central or Seller Central, Brand Registry in every marketplace, FBA or FBM and the roles and permissions your team needs.
Terms negotiation
We model proposed vendor terms against your P&L and prepare the case for your annual negotiation, so every change has a number on it.
Catalogue management
New listings, variations, bundles, suppressions, bylines and compliance fields. We fix issues fast and chase Amazon until content is live.
Listings that rank
Titles, bullet points and backend keywords built from search data, plus an image stack designed with our neural marketing framework.
A+ content and Brand Stores
A+ and Premium A+ below the fold, and Brand Stores with sales event content and tools like product finders.
Advertising including DSP
Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, plus Amazon DSP to reach shoppers on and off Amazon, with banners and video made in our studio.
Reviews and ratings
Our review moderation process finds reviews that break Amazon's guidelines and gets them actioned, so ratings reflect your product.
Forecasting and reporting
Stock forecasting, P&L management and digital shelf scorecards, reported weekly against ordered revenue.
Every market
One master listing, transcreated for each marketplace and checked by people who know how shoppers there search.
A cycle that keeps paying back.
Every account runs on the same continuous improvement cycle. It starts with the gaps worth the most money and repeats every quarter.
- Gap analysis
Each market and ASIN scored against competitors, best practice and what shoppers expect.
- Prioritise
Opportunities ranked by the revenue they could add, with quick wins first.
- Create and test
New copy, images and video, tested before they go live.
- Upload and verify
We upload, check it's live and raise cases with Amazon when it isn't.
- Track
Conversion, rank and revenue tracked before, during and after.
- Review
The scorecard shows what to refine next, and the cycle starts again.
Four Amazon problems, and what fixing them was worth.
- DR SCHOLL'S, BRAND STORE
Brand Store sales up more than 20,000%
Amazon added a Dr Scholl's Shoes byline to every Dr Scholl's product in the US, so shoppers who clicked the brand name left for a different company's store. Store revenue fell almost to nothing. The vendor manager and other agencies couldn't fix it in three months. We fixed it in three working days.
- CATALOGUE FIX
Sales quadrupled
A brand's US listings were overwritten when another market uploaded its own content to the wrong marketplace, and revenue dropped sharply. We restored the listings, then A/B tested new content on top of the fix.
- DR SCHOLL'S, CONTENT OPTIMISATION
Conversion up 60%
Competitors were changing their images weekly. We built photoreal 3D renders, tested compositions one at a time and kept the winners live. Weekly revenue for the range rose to $125k.
- DOUXO, BRAND STORE
Revenue up 33.4%
A new Brand Store for the vet recommended skincare range guides owners to the right product in fewer clicks. Orders rose 29%, and it is rolling out across more markets and languages.
Thanks for this great collaboration! Really looking forward to continuing working together!Global e-Business Director, on the Douxo Brand Store

Search data for the words, attention data for the images.
Every listing starts with keyword research on and off Amazon and an audit of the competition. That gives us an information hierarchy, the order in which a shopper needs to learn about your product, and it shapes the title, the bullets and every image.
Images are then checked with our neural marketing framework, which predicts where a shopper's eye lands in the first three seconds. It's how Feliway's new content lifted conversion by 24% and ordered revenue by 48% across 64 products.
- Information hierarchy from SEO and competitor research
- Five attention measures for every image
- Tested on desktop and mobile, where most Amazon traffic now is
Amazon accounts we run today.
From the Resource Centre.

AI shopping assistants like Alexa for Shopping are changing which brands get found.
Amazon's assistant now sits in the search bar and answers with a few picks. What that means for brands, and what to change in your listings now.

Questions clients ask us.
What does an Amazon agency do?
An Amazon agency runs some or all of a brand's Amazon business. At Freak that means the account itself, the catalogue, every listing image and line of copy, Brand Stores, advertising including Amazon DSP, review moderation and the reporting that ties it to revenue. Most clients hand us all of it, some start with one part.
Do you work with Vendor Central and Seller Central?
Yes, both. We set up new accounts, register brands in Brand Registry in each marketplace and manage day to day operations on either model, including FBA and FBM fulfilment.
Can Freak negotiate our vendor terms with Amazon?
Yes. We model the proposed terms against your P&L, build the case with your sales and stock data and support you through the annual negotiation, so you go in knowing what each change is worth.
Do you run Amazon DSP campaigns?
Yes. We plan and run Amazon DSP alongside Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, and we design the banners and video in our own studio. Hoover and Dr Scholl's both run DSP with us.
How quickly can you fix catalogue problems?
We work through issues as they arrive and resolve more than 1,000 catalogue issues a year, and if content has not gone live within 48 hours we raise cases with Amazon until it has. One Dr Scholl's Brand Store problem that had been open for three months was fixed in three working days.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you cover?
We work across the US, Canada, the UK and the EU marketplaces including Germany, France, Italy and Spain. We work further afield too, with content transcreated for each market from one master.
How do you measure success on Amazon?
Ordered revenue first, then conversion rate, click through rate, search rank, return on ad spend and star rating. Every change is tested before, during and after it goes live.
