Influencer campaigns, seeding and gifting.
We find creators with real audiences in your market, brief them well and get the content back. Paid campaigns, product seeding and PR gifting, run as one programme with contracts, usage rights and #ad compliance handled for you.

Paid, seeded and gifted, in one programme.
Most brands need all three. We run them together, so every creator has a clear next step.
Influencer campaigns
Paid partnerships with briefs, scripts, deliverables and contracts written to UK and US standards.
Creator seeding
Products sent to vetted creators who opt in to try them and post, shipped direct from Amazon in each market.
PR gifting
Designed gift boxes with a printed brief and a personal note, saved for the creators who've earned them.
Discovery and vetting
Creators found through brand engagers, platform tools and our own roster, and checked before you see them.
Contracts and rights
Fees, deliverables, exclusivity and usage rights agreed in writing before anything is made.
Compliance
Every post checked for clear #ad labelling against ASA and FTC rules before it counts.
Paid amplification
Strong posts tested as paid partnership ads, so the best creator content reaches further.
Results and rosters
Views, engagement and quality scored for every post, building a roster of creators who deliver.
Every market
Outreach in each market's language, with local creators and local rules.
Seeding that gets posts, not just parcels.
Sending product is easy. Getting it posted is the job. Every creator moves through the same nine stages, and each one is logged, so nothing relies on someone's inbox.
- Source
Brand engagers, inbound requests, platform search and our roster.
- Vet
Audience, recency, brand work and content quality checked.
- Approve
The client approves each creator and picks the products.
- Outreach
A message in their language, then two follow ups.
- Opt in
Terms, address and usage rights in one form.
- Send
Shipped within three working days and tracked.
- Content
One post within 14 days, tagged and labelled #ad.
- Results
Views, engagement and quality scored.
- Roster
Strong creators move up, others don't get reseeded.
Every creator checked before you see them.
Follower counts are easy to fake and say little about who's watching. We check the things that predict a good post, using audience analytics and the platforms' own data, and record every result against the creator.
New creators start on Amazon gifting shipped direct. Creators who post on time move up to designed PR boxes and paid briefs.
| Check | What we look for |
|---|---|
| Real audience | Authentic audience score of 70 or more |
| Audience in market | At least half their audience in your market |
| Recent activity | Posted in the last 30 days |
| Brand work | Partnerships in the past year, and how they performed |
| Follower band | Set for each client and product |
| Content quality | Above our creative threshold |
Clear labels, clear rights.
Labelled as ads
If a creator agrees to post in return for a product or a fee, it's an ad and has to say so. We follow the ASA and CMA influencer guide in the UK and the FTC's disclosure rules in the US, and check every post.
Rights agreed up front
Usage rights are part of the opt in and every contract, so you know where content can run and for how long. Addresses are kept in a restricted file and deleted after delivery.

Questions clients ask us.
What does an influencer marketing agency do?
An influencer marketing agency finds the right creators for a brand, agrees what they'll make and what they'll be paid, briefs them, checks the content is properly labelled and reports on the results. Freak also runs product seeding and gifting, so smaller creators can join without a fee.
What is the difference between seeding, gifting and a paid campaign?
A paid campaign pays creators a fee for agreed posts. Seeding sends products to creators who opt in to try them and post. Gifting is the PR version, often a designed gift box with a note and a brief. We run all three together, so the best seeded creators can move up to paid work.
How do you choose creators?
Every creator is vetted before the client sees them. We check their authentic audience score, how much of their audience is in your market, whether they've posted recently, any past brand work, their follower band and the quality of their content.
How do you make sure posts are labelled correctly?
Creators agree to label posts as ads before anything ships, and every post is checked for the #ad label before it counts. We follow the ASA and CMA guidance in the UK and the FTC's rules in the US.
Can we use creator content in our own ads?
Yes, if the rights are agreed. We ask for usage rights in the opt in, and when a post performs well we request image rights and test it as a paid partnership ad.
Which markets do you run influencer work in?
We run programmes across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the US, Canada and Australia, with outreach written in each market's language.
How do you measure influencer results?
Each post is scored on views, engagement rate and content quality, and costed per post. Those scores decide who gets seeded again, who moves to a paid brief and who doesn't.
