Freak is an independent, full-service agency. We don't believe you can separate creative from data any more, so the work we make for brand, social and the digital shelf is tested and measured for what it does to revenue. We build our own AI tools too, so the data does more of the work.

WeAreFreak Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09308352). Our registered office is 22 Ash Avenue, London SE17 1HS. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at studio@wearefreak.com.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we don’t sell personal information.
We use your information to answer enquiries, to provide and improve our services and to keep the site secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business and in replying to people who contact us. Where we work together, it is also necessary for our contract with you or your organisation.
We share information only with the providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where information leaves the UK we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the UK’s approved data transfer agreements.
We keep emails and project records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or our work together, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our host keeps its technical logs for a short period before deleting them.

The site doesn’t set any cookies. We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
If you turn on the sound, the site remembers the music you picked so it can play it again on your next visit. This choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as described in Google’s own privacy policy. Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies on this site.
